• What is Zipster Rewards®?

  Zipster Rewards® is the new, free rewards program at Zippy’s Restaurants!

• How does Zipster Rewards® work?

  Receive 10 Zipcoin reward points for every qualifying dollar you spend at Zippy’s. This excludes Gift Cards, Merch, Alcohol, Tax, Service Fees and Holiday Meal packages. Catering products not eligible for Zipcoin earning within Zipster Rewards® program.

  Zipcoins™ can be used to redeem free Zippy’s favorites at any of our locations.

• Do Zipcoin™ Reward Points expire?

  Zipcoin™ Reward Points are scheduled to expire 180 days from the date of your order. They are then removed from your account on the first day of the following month.

• Can I gift Zipcoin™ Reward Points to a friend or family member?

  Zipcoin™ Reward Points and rewards are non-transferable.

• How do I sign up?

  You can create a Zipster Rewards ®account using Zippy’s mobile app (available on iPhone and Android) or by visiting Zippys.com.

• How do I earn my FREE Chili with Rice?

  You will be awarded a free Chili with Rice after your first purchase as a Zipster Rewards® member. The reward will automatically be added to your Zipster Rewards® account within 24 hours of your first order.

  Once you earn the free Chili with Rice, you’ll have 30 days to redeem it.

• How do I earn Zipcoin™ Reward Points in the app?

  Make sure you’re logged in to your app. Just place an order as you normally would. The Zipcoin™ Reward Points you earn will be credited to your account overnight.

• How do I earn Zipcoin™ Reward Points when I order on Zippys.com?

  Make sure you’re logged in before you start your order. Then, place your order as you normally would. The Zipcoin™ Reward Points you earn will be credited to your account overnight.

• How do I earn Zipcoin™ Reward Points at the takeout counter?

  Simply provide your phone number assocsted with your Zipster Rewards® account to the cashier and your order will earn Zipcoin™ Reward Points.

• How do I earn Zipcoin™ Reward Points when I’m dining in?

  If you are dining in with us, please provide your phone number assoicated with your account to your server to ensure your Zipcoin™ Reward Points are applied to your account.

• Can I earn Zipcoin™ Reward Points on phone in orders?

  You will have to tell the cashier that you’re a Zipster Rewards member when you pick up your order. You’ll just need to provide your phone number associated with your Zipster Rewards® account.

• How do I use rewards in the app?

  To view your reward options open the Zippy’s app, log into your Zipster Rewards® account, and then tap “Rewards” in the bottom navigation area. All the rewards and offers available to you will appear here.

  Once you know what you’d like to redeem, start your order. Make sure to include your reward menu item in the cart. From the cart screen, you’ll see an orange banner that says, “View offers and Rewards” along with the amount of Zipcoins you have available. Click that banner to select the reward you’d like to apply.

• How do I use rewards when I order online?

  Just make sure you’re logged in before you start your order. Once you know what you’d like, start your order. Make sure to include your reward menu item when you select your food from the menu. Once you’re on the payment screen, you will see your rewards under “Zippy’s Restaurants Rewards” on the bottom right hand side. Click “Apply” on the reward you wish to redeem.

• How do I use rewards when I order take out at the restaurant?

  When you first arrive at the register, the cashier will ask if you’re a Zipster Rewards® member. Just provide your phone number associated with your Zipster Rewards® account and they will let you know if you have any available rewards. You can let them know if you’d like to redeem any at that time.

• How do I use rewards when I dine in?

  If you are dining in with us, please provide your phone number associated with your Zipster Rewards® account to your server. Let them know what reward you’d like to use. If you have any questions about what rewards you have available, they’ll be able to help.

• Can I use rewards on phone in orders?

  Yes, but you need to inform the cashier when payment is made at the store.

• Can I use multiple rewards in one transaction?

  No, you may only use one reward per transaction.

• What if I forget to sign in or let the staff know that I'm a member?

  You can claim your Zipcoins™ by scanning the QR code on your receipt. Open the Zippy’s app, tap on the “Rewards” tab, then tap on the QR code icon in the top right corner of the screen. From there, select “Scan Receipt QR Code”. The app will then access your camera. Hold your phone above the QR code and you’re good to go.

• I just made a purchase, but my Zipcoin™ Reward Points aren’t in my account. What happened?

  Zipcoin™ Reward Points may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account. Be sure to check back again tomorrow!
