How do I order Zippy's catering for a large group?
Zippy's offers three catering paths depending on group size: 'Ohana Meals & Platters, Catering Pans, and Bulk Orders.
Does Zippy's have a kids' (Keiki) menu?
Yes, Zippy's has a dedicated Keiki Meals menu with kid-sized local favorites, each including a surprise capsule toy ticket.
What’s changing on January 14, 2026?
Starting January 14, 2026, QR codes will no longer appear on printed receipts, and the QR scan/manual entry feature will be removed from the Zipster Rewards® app and website.
Why are QR codes being removed?
We’re making this change to:
1) Prevent fraud from discarded receipts.
2) Simplify the process for all members, especially those who found QR scanning frustrating.

Do I need to do anything before January 14, 2026?
No action is required if you already share your phone number at checkout or sign in when ordering online. Just keep doing what you’re doing!
What if I forget to give my phone number?
If you forget to provide your phone number, points will not post automatically. Please make sure to share your phone number before your check is closed.

Can I still earn points after my purchase?

How do I edit a saved credit card?
Currently, you cannot edit a saved credit card. To make changes, please remove the existing card and add it again as a new credit card.
How do I remove a saved credit card?
You can remove a credit card saved to your Zipster account at any time from the checkout screen.
On the Web
1) Go to order.zippys.com.
2) Log in to your Zipster account.
3) Input a valid address and choose any store location.
4) Add any menu item to your cart.
5) Open your cart by clicking the cart icon in the header, then click “Checkout” button.
6) On the “Review & Pay” screen, click “Add Credit Card.”
7) Your saved cards will appear at the top.
8) If you do not see any cards, none are saved.
9) Locate the card you want to remove.
10) Click the trash can icon next to the card.
11) Confirm that you want to remove the card.
12) Review your order details and checkout.
That’s it — your card has been successfully removed!
On the App
1) Open the Zippy’s app.
2) Tap “Log In” in the upper left hand corner to log in to your Zipster account.
3) Navigate to the “Order” tab.
4) Input a valid address and choose any store location.
5) Add any item to your cart.
6) Navigate to the “Cart” tab and tap “Checkout” button.
7) On the Order Summary screen, enter any required information, then tap the “Continue to Payment” button.

What if I have trouble logging in?
If you see a PingOne pop-up, click “Continue” and enter your login info — this is part of our secure authentication process. For additional help, visit our Zipster Rewards login help page.

Can I use Zipster Rewards® online?
Yes! When you’re signed in:
• Zipcoins™ will automatically post to your account.
• You can redeem rewards during checkout. Note: Rewards cannot be redeemed on phone orders.

How do I place a delivery order?
Delivery options and availability may vary by location. You can check if delivery is available before checkout on the Location screen, simply tap the delivery card and enter your delivery address.
• If delivery is available, you’ll see a “Delivery is available” message and a Start Order button
• If delivery is not available, you’ll see a message prompting you to edit your address or try Pickup instead

Can I schedule a future pickup?
Yes! You can select ASAP pickup or schedule a future pickup time when placing your order. Unfortunately, our Daily Specials and Bakery items are not available for future orders
Do I need an account to order online?
No, you can still place orders as a guest. However, you’ll need a Zipster Rewards® account to place an order and earn Zipcoins™. If you don’t have an account, you can create one for free here

How do I know I'm on the most current version of the Zippy's App?
Open the Zippy's app, tap the Account icon in the bottom navigation bar, and scroll down to find the version number (e.g., Version 2.6.0).

Keeping your Zippy's app up to date ensures you have the latest features and the best ordering experience. To update your device to the newest version of the Zippy’s app, follow the steps for your device below.
For iPhone users:
1) Go to the App Store
2) Tap on your profile icon on the top right corner of the screen
3) Scroll down to see available updates
4) If a newer version is available, you'll see it listed
5) Tap “Update” next to the Zippy's app

EGIFT CARD
Why do I need to be issued a new eGift Card?
We are making improvements to the back-end payment system which requires us to re-issue gift cards for users who have an available balance loaded to their Zippy’s app.
HOW DO I CHECK MY EGIFT CARD BALANCE?
You can check your eGift card balance on our Check Balance page.
How do I know if I am impacted?
Members who may be impacted will receive a notification from Zippy’s on October 27, 2025 to their email address on file. This notification is to inform members who may have a gift card loaded to their account.
How do I check if I have an available gift card balance loaded to my Zippy’s app?
Please sign into your Zipster Rewards account and click the “Account” tab in the bottom navigation. Saved gift cards will appear under “Gift Card Management”.
How do I use the reissued eGift Card?
Members who intend to make online or mobile purchases with Zippy’s can use the “Gift Card Management” page in the app to load the reissued gift card to their account.
Members who primarily make purchases in-store can present the email (on their mobile device or as a printed copy) to a Team Member at Dine-In or Take-Out to apply the gift card to their purchase.
Why can’t I use eCards loaded to my app in-store like I did previously?
As of November 18, 2025, the mobile app will no longer present a QR code for you to make payment at the register. This is being done so that we can streamline the process with our third party processor.
Can I still use gift cards for payment in-store?
Yes, you can still use any physical Zippy’s gift cards at our stores. You can also use an eGift Card at the store by presenting the email you received with the card information to our Team Members. Show the email on your mobile device or print out a copy of the email.

Can I Use Multiple Rewards In One Transaction?
You may only use one reward per transaction.

How Does Zipster Rewards® work?
Receive 10 Zipcoins™ for every qualifying dollar you spend at Zippy’s. This excludes Gift Cards, Merch, Alcohol, Tax, Service Fees and Holiday Meals To Go.
Zipcoins™ can be used to redeem free Zippy’s favorites at any of our locations.
Can Anyone Become A Zipster Reward® Member?
Anyone over the age of 13 can sign up for Zipster Rewards®. Please note that individuals between the ages of 13 and 18 can only participate with the permission and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by the program terms.

How Do I Sign Up?

You will have to tell the cashier that you’re a Zipster Rewards® member when you pick up your order. You’ll just need to provide your phone number.
