FORGOT PASSWORD?
Password reset instructions work for both the app and desktop below.
1. LOG IN
On the Zippy’s website, customers can click "Log In" at the top right corner.
Open the Zippy's App and click “Log In” at the top left of the screen.
2. Forgot password
Click on orange
"Forgot Password" link
3. Recovery Code
Enter the email address on your Zipster Rewards account, then click on the blue "Send recovery code" button.
4. Copy Recovery Code
Go to your email inbox and copy your unique recovery code. It’s only valid for 5 minutes, so be sure to enter it right away!
5. New password
Paste recovery code and create a new password.
Password Requirements:
• At least 8 characters long
• Cannot be the same as your old password
• Needs to include a number
• Needs to include a lower case and upper case letter
• Needs to include at least one special character: # ? ! @ $ % ^ & * -
