Zippy’s Restaurants’ “Zipster Rewards First Birthday Instagram Giveaway” is open to all Zipster Reward members 18 years of age or older. Employees and their immediate family & household members of Zippy’s Restaurants, its affiliates, distributors, advertising, promotional, or judging agencies are not eligible to win. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. No substitution of prizes is offered, no transfer of the prize to a third party is permitted and prize may not be redeemed for cash value. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws apply. No groups, clubs or organizations may participate in this offer or reproduce or distribute any portion of these rules to its members. Zippy’s Restaurants reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without liability.

Individuals must post either an Instagram story or post with the hashtag “#ZipsterRewards1stBday” and tag @Zippys on Instagram to be considered an entrant to win. Individuals may submit more than one entry by posting additional stories or posts. One story/post equates to one entry. The winner must be a registered member on Zipster Rewards. To enroll in Zipster Rewards, eligible customers may either: (i) download the Zippy’s mobile app and follow the prompts to create a no-cost Zipster Rewards account; or (ii) visit www.zippys.com/rewards and follow the prompts to create a no-cost Zipster Rewards account.

Zipster Rewards account registration may require participants to provide their first name, last name, create a password, provide a unique email address (required in order to receive all eligible Zipster Rewards), provide a telephone number, and indicate their marketing preferences.  At the time of registration, participants may also elect to provide other information, including their birthday.  Zippy’s may periodically request additional information from participants to help it get to know participants better.  Participants agree to provide true and accurate information and to ensure that information is up-to-date and accurate.

Participants may register for only one Zipster Rewards account, and additional accounts in their name or otherwise controlled by the same individual may be deactivated by Zippy’s in its sole discretion. Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries will automatically be disqualified.

Free Zipster Rewards themed birthday party redeemable on a mutually agreed upon date, and time, at Zippy’s Makiki or Zippy’s Vineyard between August 19 – September 1, 2023 for a maximum two hour duration. Winner may invite up to seven guests, equaling eight total individuals. Reward comprises approximately $400 worth of food. Food consists of:

i) 2 Ohana Pacs

ii) 1 Korean Fried Chicken platter

iii) 1 sheet cake with “Happy Birthday Zipster Rewards” and Zipster Rewards logo imprinted

iv) 1 Chili with Rice bowl per person, totaling eight bowls total

v) 1 dozen Apple Napples 

vi) Unlimited soft drink for the two hour party period

The winners of Zippy’s Restaurants’ “Zipster Rewards First Birthday Instagram Giveaway” will be selected from a pool of entrants and participants who have followed and met the entry requirements and qualifications stated in section 2, considering they have followed and met the requirements to enter. Limit one winner. On August 9, 2023, one winner will be drawn by a representative of Zippy’s  Restaurants, whose decisions in all matters shall be final.  Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. By entering this contest, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges relative to the contest.

A representative from Zippy’s Restaurants will confirm with the prize winner by Instagram DM. Winner must respond within 5 business days. If the winner fails to respond within that time, the winner will be ineligible and an alternate winner will be selected. Winner will be notified of the prize date and will receive their prize by September 1, 2023. 

Winners must consent to the use of their name, picture or other likeness for promotional purposes as determined  by Zippy’s Restaurants. If the winner refuses to allow his/her name, picture or likeness be used for promotional  purposes as determined by Zippy’s Restaurants, the winner will be ineligible to win and an alternate winner will be selected. 

All winners, by acceptance of the prize, agree to release Zippy’s Restaurants, its subsidiaries, divisions and related companies from any and all liability for injuries or damage sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize in any prize related activity.

Prize winners shall be solely responsible for paying any federal, state or local tax arising from the award of the prize. FCH Enterprises, Inc. and their respective affiliates, distributors, suppliers, advertising, promotional, or judging agencies shall not be responsible for payment of the taxes. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the tax consequences of the  winning of a prize.
