Update as of 6/5 6:00am HST:

  • Dine-in Restaurants reopening starting July. Just like you, we are anxious to reopen our dine-in restaurants. While other restaurants are rushing to reopen today, we are taking a measured approach to reopening our facilities. We will announce opening dates shortly. But why are we taking extra time to reopen? We will only reopen dine-in locations when we are confident that we have taken the necessary steps to protect our customers and our staff. We must recall furloughed and reassigned workers, then train them on new sanitation processes, new guest service processes, new technology we are installing, and more. We are also making physical changes to our dining rooms to meet government guidelines. We wish to open safely, not just quickly, for your well-being and ours. In the meantime, please continue to enjoy Zippy’s take-out food. If you wish to be informed about when we reopen our dine-in locations, please continue to visit zippys.com or sign up for the email list at zippys.com/subscribe for the latest news and updates.

Update as of 4/30 12pm HST:

  • Senior Club card use by caregivers. We recognize that some Senior Club members want to send a caregiver or family-member to pick-up food on their behalf, but they still want to get their Senior Club discount. Through June 30, 2020, we are temporarily suspending the rules and will allow non-members to use a Senior Club card if they are using the card to pick up food for the member. The non-member will be asked to write their first and last name on the imprinted receipt. Our kupuna are most at risk during this time, and we support the desire to remain sheltered in place.
  • Senior Club expiration dates extended. All Senior Club membership cards that expire in the month of March, April, or May of 2020 will be automatically extended to expire on June 30, 2020. Affected members are encouraged to renew their Senior Club membership on their next visit to a Zippy’s location, and the membership will be valid for one year from the date of renewal. Additionally, all temporary cards issued for paid renewals between now and June 30, 2020 now have a 90-day expiration date (an increase from our normal policy of 30 days).

Update as of 4/10 9am HST:

Update as of 3/19 10:30am HST:

  • Limited menu. We are changing our operations to minimize the time it takes to complete your order so that we can prevent crowds gathering at take-out counters. All Zippy’s Restaurants will offer a limited menu that still includes most of your favorite menu items. You can enjoy favorites like the Zip Pac®, our famous chili, Korean Fried Chicken, spaghetti with meat sauce, fried chicken plate, Apple Napples® and so much more. Certain slower selling menu items have been removed, certain dine-in restaurant items are not available, and certain substitutions may not be accommodated on this limited menu. By only offering your favorites, we will ensure speedy service to get you on your way faster. We appreciate your flexibility at this time.
  • Senior Club cards and online ordering. We have enhanced our online ordering capabilities to allow for a “Pay at Store” option for online ordering. When you select this option and pick-up your food, Senior Club members can present their cards and receive their 10% discount when they pay at the store.
  • Senior Club card use by caregivers. We recognize that some Senior Club members want to send a caregiver or family-member to pick-up food on their behalf, but they still want to get their Senior Club discount.
