Bake at Home: Cornbread Mix
Makes 1 tray of cornbread, approx. 5¾ ” x 7¾ “, and bakes up about 1½ ” in height.
What you will need:
2 Large Eggs
½ Cup Oil
½ Cup Water
1. Preheated oven to 335º-350º F
2. Whisk together eggs, oil, and water.
3. Add Cornbread mix, and mix until smooth
4. Pour batter back into black tray.
5. Bake in preheated 335º-350º F oven for approximately 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, and top is golden brown.
