Zipster Rewards is the new, free rewards program of Zippy’s Restaurants!  

Receive 10 Zipcoins for every qualifying dollar you spend at Zippy’s. This excludes Gift Cards, Merch, Alcohol, Tax, Service Fees and Made2Go.

Zipcoins can be used to redeem free Zippy’s favorites at any of our locations. 

You can redeem products anywhere you get Zippy’s, whether it’s fast food or in our restaurants. 

500 = Coffee or Soft Drink*
750 = Apple Napple OR Coconut Napple
1,000 = Chili with Rice**
1,300 = Mini Spaghetti with Garlic Bread OR Mini Fried Chicken Plate
1,750 = Korean Fried Chicken Plate OR Zip Pac

* Dine-in = Regular Coffee or Regular Soft Drink, Fast Food = Large Coffee or Medium Soft Drink. Excludes Orange Bang and Lilikoi Drink.
** Dine-in Chili with Rice or Fast Food Regular Chili with Rice. 

Yes! Zipster Rewards is a free program.

Anyone over the age of 13 can sign up for Zipster Rewards. Please note that individuals between the ages of 13 and 18 can only participate with the permission and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by the program terms.

You can create a Zipster Rewards account using Zippy’s mobile app (available on iPhone and Android) or by visiting Zippys.com.

Just make sure you’re logged in to your app. Just place an order as you normally would. The Zipcoins you earn will be credited to your account overnight.

If you forget to sign in you can claim your Zipcoins by scanning the QR code on your receipt. Just open the app, click on the “Rewards” tab, tap the “Earn” button, and then select “Scan Receipt Barcode”. Your phone will open up your camera. Just point it at the QR code and you’re good to go.

Once you know what reward you’d like to use, just tap the “Order” button. Add the menu item you’d like to claim to your order. At the payment screen, tap the “Redeem” button and select the reward you’d like to use.

The best way to view your Zipcoin balance is to open the Zippy’s app and click on the “Rewards” tab.  

Start by clicking the sign in button and signing into your Zipster Rewards account. Once you’re signed in, you can see your reward options by clicking on “Rewards Available” button.

Once you know what you’d like, start your order. Make sure to include your reward menu item when you select your food from the menu. Once you’re on the payment screen, you will see your rewards under “Zippy’s Restaurants Rewards” on the bottom right hand side. Click “Apply” on the reward you wish to redeem.

When you first arrive at the register, the cashier will ask if you’re a Zipster Rewards member. Simply provide your phone number and your order will earn Zipcoins.

The best way to participate is through our smartphone app or our website. If that’s not possible, members can participate in the program just like at Longs or CVS – by sharing their phone number when they arrive at our restaurant or place a takeout order.

In order to claim those points, locate the QR code that is printed on your receipt. Open up your Zippy’s app and log into your Zipster Rewards account. From there, select “Rewards” from the bottom menu and then select “Earn”. Hit the button that says “Scan Receipt Barcode,” and scan your physical receipt. 

You will be awarded a free regular Chili with Rice after your first purchase as a Zipster Rewards member. The reward will automatically be added to your Zipster Rewards account.

Zipcoins may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account. Be sure to check back again tomorrow!

Zipcoins are scheduled to expire 180 days from the date of your order. They are then removed from your account on the first day of the following month.

Zipcoins and rewards are non-transferable.

You may only use one reward per transaction. 

Open the app, sign in and then click the “E-Cards” tab. Click on “Manage Cards” and you will see the $100 food credit. When you want to use that, tap to open the QR code. If needed, the Pin number can be found on this screen.

You will have to tell the cashier that you’re a Zipster Rewards member when you pick up your order. You’ll just need to provide your phone number.

No, you will not be able to redeem rewards over the phone orders.

You can reset your password by going to the sign in screen the app of when ordering on Zippy’s.com.

If you’re in the app, go to the login screen, enter your password and click “Reset Password”. You’ll receive an email in a few minutes to create a new password.

If you’re ordering online, click on sign in, enter your email address and click “Forgot Password”. You’ll receive an email in a few minutes to create a new password.
