Zippy's Online : Special Programs

The Zippy's "Secret Shopper" Program was created to measure the kind of service our valuable customers are receiving at our restaurants and fast food counters.

What does a "Secret Shopper" do?
Be a typical customer, but as a "shopper" we ask you to critique the service you received and the quality of the food that is served. As a "Shopper" you will be asked to do two "shop" visits during the month. The locatons are assigned usually close to home, work or play. "Shops" are completed at your convenience during the designated time period. Shoppers are required to observe and make notes on the kind of service received by using the questions on the survey as guidelines.

In addition to answering the questions on the survey we would like to know if we are providing the kind of service and meals you have come to expect from Zippy's.

There is no monetary compensation for serving as a “shopper”. Every shopper will receive Zippy’s food coupons as a “thank you” for participating in this program. These food coupons can either be used on the day of the “shop” or later. Later is preferred because our employees recognize these coupons, however, you may use them when you wish. Coupons cannot be used for tips. Coupons do have expiration dates, so it is very important to complete the “shop” within the designated time period. Please keep these guidelines in mind:

You cannot be an employee of Zippy’s to become a shopper.
You cannot shop at the same location or same operation (fast food, restaurant, bakery) within a 60 day period.
There is a limit of five shops per month.
You cannot shop at a location in which you have family or friends who are employees.
